Monique is a compassionate and collaborative Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). She supports children, youth, adults, and seniors in navigating life’s challenges, and holds a Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University.
Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Monique works with anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She has experience supporting children, including those with autism and ADHD, in building emotional awareness and regulation skills. She also has experience working with men in addressing anger, relationship concerns, and behavioural patterns in a direct, practical, and non-judgmental way.
She is passionate about keeping therapy practical and accessible, offering tools and strategies that can be applied in everyday life. As a Canadian-born South Asian therapist, Monique brings a culturally responsive approach and an understanding of diverse experiences.
Her approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, helping clients build insight, navigate challenges, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
